Thee Sinseers, the premier band in Southern California’s souldies scene, and special guest The Altons, a soul rock group with a twist of Latin inspired flavors and rhythms, bring old school LA groove back to the stage. Straight out of East LA and led by Latinx singer-songwriter Joseph Quiñones, Thee Sinseers feature a full rhythm and brass section and are part of a new generation of bands that are inspired by the interrelated lowrider and soul music scenes that began within the Chicano communities of Los Angeles in the 1950s.

Both groups make their Minneapolis “Chicano Soul” debuts on our legendary Cedar stage this June!
