Façade Grants

The West Bank Business Association is proud to partner with the City of Minneapolis in administering their façade improvement program on the West Bank. As money becomes available, eligible businesses can apply for matching grants for façade improvements.

The WBBA is currently accepting applications for the 2021 Facade Grant cycle. Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a modified first-come, first-served basis prioritizing small independent businesses. Most businesses in the district are “cultural district areas” with a 2/3 match, but some are “priority” with a 50/50 match. Properties can be looked up at here.
